Today's the first of December and the end of the year comes closer and closer.
Where has the whole year gone?
Christmas time is often a very stressful time. You have to decorate, buy presents, wrap the presents, bake cookies, participating on some Christmas events und special Christmas services and so on.
Just take a minute and reflect the last months. What happened? What made you happy? What made you sad? Try to forget the bad things and keep the good things.
And here's one more thing. You tooka minute to reflect the last months. Now add some minutes and relax. Try to forget all the stress and stop being busy for a few minutes. Sit down, drink a cup of tea or hot cocoa and just relax.
You deserve this. You did many things the last couple of months and now is the time to be contemplative and to enjoy just a few minutes only for you.
No matter what happened this year or what's coming next, just remember that you are loved and that you deserve to relax for at least a few minutes.
